What happens after I have placed my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and to verify your order. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next immediate business day. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with an estimate lead time for delivery (depending to your country).

Do you ship to all countries?

We try our best to deliver to almost all countries. Just make sure at the moment of your buy that shipping charges are included, if not, please contact us immediately. We will make sure to find a solution for you.

What are your shipping options and prices?

M T X Mertxe Hernàndez e-shop offers shipping services at reasonable costs. We use Priority Mail for all deliveries but if interested in receiving your order more rapidly through UPS, just let us know (costs will vary). Messenger service is only available in Spain at an extra charge.

How do refunds work?

As a company policy, we do not offer refunds or direct credit to your account. Returns are for M T X Mertxe Hernàndez e-shop credit only. Credits are valid for 60 days. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. RETURN ITEMS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY US VIA EMAIL, if not will be returned at the your own expense. Return products must be unused, sealed and in perfect condition in order to follow our return criteria. Please send items back by insured mail with a copy of your receipt. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
